About

My name is Josh Holland. I work in the finance department for the Johns Hopkins Health System in Baltimore, MD.

Being an accountant is a stressful, inherently sluggish desk job. There isn’t any “built-in” exercise with it.

So when I stepped on my scale and saw that I weighed a whopping 208 lbs. I was immediately overwhelmed. 208, seriously? It was ridiculous…The most I’ve ever weighed in my life. To give you some perspective I am 5’5″ and was around 150 in high school.

I knew I needed to make a change, so I turned to the internet to find help. This was private for me and kind of embarrassing, the Internet provided me discretion.

I developed a plan that utilized a combination of Lance Armstrong’s MyPlate software (check it out, it is the best calorie counter software out there) and a revolutionary weight lifting program.

I’m a very busy individual, mostly because of my job, so I couldn’t go to the gym 5 times a week or anything.

Luckily this program allowed me to workout only 3 days a week, and for less than 45 minutes each workout, all from home. It truly changed my life.

So I thought about it and decided to put this website together to help people like yourself find the answers they are looking for. You deserve to feel great about yourself and I want to help you do so.

I hope you find what you are looking for enjoy the site.
